Reclaim your POWER

Dearest rebellious, empathic and gifted souls

Do you feel undeserving of your blessings and talents?

Where do you give your power away?

Perhaps when a career opportunity comes, you immediately think it is a hat too big for your head, and you push it away.

Maybe you struggle with setting boundaries because you are haunted by guilt when you say no.

Can it be that you feel burdened by a sense of indebtedness when you have wealth and good fortune?

Or maybe deep down you don’t feel like a dignified, lovable person, so you turn down love at your doorstep.

If deep inside we are afraid of power, or feel undeserving, our subconscious mind will come up with a thousand mysterious manoeuvres to actively self- sabotage.

Sometimes, we painfully watch it plays out in our relationship to money, health, career opportunities, and intimate relationships.

Children don’t have these neuroses.

They still remember they are god’s creations. Shame-free and guilt-less, they shine as they are.

But as we go into the world our spirits get worn down—  by society’s judgement, oppressive values, toxic envy and aggression.

It is now on you, to find your power again.

To shift from SCARCITY to ABUNDANCE

You must understand that the world is not a zero-sum game.

Just because you have taken a big slice of the Universe does not mean someone else is getting less.

There is plenty for everyone to shine in their own ways, and to enjoy affluence in their own forms.

The same applies to relationships, too.

Love is not finite. No one is ‘winning’ at the expense of another.

To go from FEAR to GRATITUDE,

Know that whatever you are given, they are not ultimately ‘yours’.

You were born with nothing and you were perfect, and you cannot take anything to the grave.

Nothing- materials, people and pets, good and bad fortune-  belongs to you, you are simply a steward for a period of time.

You do not ‘own’ these gifts, and you are not ultimately responsible for their coming and going.

So there is no need to hold onto any excess. What you are given on any given day, is exactly the right amount.

To move from SELF- SABOTAGE to GRACE

Remember that anything- your money, your house, a comfortable lifestyle, even the positive and enjoyable emotions - are in themselves non- substantial until you make meaning out of them.

They are TOOLS for the manifestation of your greatness.

Whatever is offered are there so you can USE THEM to do what you are uniquely gifted to do.

Your biggest gifts lie within you, not outside of you.

As Picasso said: 'The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.'

Money and love difficulties may not be what you want, but they maybe just what you need.

All you have to do, is to identify the buried, obscured spiritual lessons embedded in your everyday challenges

— and that is ultimately your only job as a seeker.

If we can all bring back a healthy sense of power and recognise the purity of our hearts, collectively we can achieve much more.

Start by saying NO to incongruent choices, and saying YES to opportunities and blessings.

There is nothing unholy about stepping into your power.

More than ever before, the world needs you to step up now.

Now.

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

THIS WEEK’S EXPERIMENT: THE Tree of YOUR Life

Draw a tree that represent your life.

Use words and symbols to represent these different aspects:

Your Roots: Where you have come from, your family of origin, the culture you grew up in, your history and influential people in your life.

The Tree Trunk: Your personality, skills, knowledge, and resources. The things that you can always count on that are inside of you.

The Branches: Your hobbies, careers, relationships, ‘projects’ at hand. You may include any creative endeavours.

The Leaves: Your hopes and dreams. This includes all personal, artistic and career aspirations.

The Fruits: All your achievements in the past, and people and animals that have benefited from your gifts.

Review your tree of life.

Observe the colours, shapes and sizes you have chosen for the various elements.

Are you content or discontent with your tree?

What would you like to enhance, and what would you rather discard?
